Nine classes a day across CrossFit, Strength, Conditioning, Gymnastics, Weightlifting and more. Every session is coached, every member is looked after.
Our flagship class — 55 minutes of structured, fully coached training that combines weightlifting, gymnastics and conditioning. Every session is scaled to your level, so whether you've never lifted a barbell or you've been training for years, you'll get a workout that challenges you appropriately. CrossFit runs five days a week with multiple time slots to fit around your schedule.

Fast-paced and accessible, Conditioning classes use straightforward movements to build fitness without the technical complexity of Olympic lifting. These sessions started upstairs and became so popular we expanded them to the main floor. Great for all levels — you'll work hard, push yourself and leave feeling it.
The snatch, clean and jerk — coached properly. Our Friday evening weightlifting class gives you 90 minutes to focus purely on the Olympic lifts in a relaxed, technical environment. Whether you want to improve your CrossFit performance or simply love lifting, this class will make you better under the bar.

A dedicated session to develop bodyweight strength and movement skills — pull-ups, handstands, muscle-ups and more. Gymnastics is already woven into our CrossFit programming, but this class gives you dedicated time to work on technique without the clock pressure. Run on Tuesday evenings in a focused, small-group format.
Every new member starts here. The Beginners Course is a three-week course with two coached sessions per week, designed to introduce you to fitness and the core movements we use in class. You'll learn to squat, deadlift and press in a small group at a relaxed pace, building the confidence and technique to get the most from regular classes from day one.

Our brand new Strength class runs every Thursday, built around compound lifts on the barbell alongside strength accessory work. Programming runs in five-week blocks so you can track real progress, and the first block focuses on the Push Press and Strict Pull-Ups. Simply choose Strength or Conditioning at any Thursday class time.
A weekly run session open to all Motion members. Whether you're building a base, improving your engine for CrossFit or just enjoy getting outside with good people, Run Club is a great addition to your training week. All paces welcome — no one gets left behind.

Structured free time. Open Gym gives you the space and equipment to train at your own pace — whether you're following our open gym programme, working on a specific skill, making up a missed session or putting in extra volume. Available to all members alongside their regular class allocation.
CrossFit Kids brings the same coaching quality and community feel to younger athletes. Sessions are age-appropriate, fun and built around developing movement, confidence and a love of being active — not just fitness.
Available at Surbiton for school-age children. Contact us to find out about current session times and how to get your child started.
A brand new class designed specifically for busy postpartum mums who want to return to training with their baby by their side. Each session includes a strength-focused circuit and an EMOM to build fitness, and everything is scalable so you can train at your own pace, wherever you are on your postpartum journey. Recommended for babies aged 3 to 9 months who are happy remaining in their buggy (positioned next to you throughout the class) or being held. Once babies are mobile and crawling, these classes won't be suitable for safety reasons.

Two separate programmes, each designed to support different needs — both allowing you to take part in regular training with confidence. Using the workouts already written in the app, we provide personal adaptations to suit you, so you can train safely and still feel fully part of the class.
We've partnered with All Things Physio to offer Motion members a free 10-minute video consultation through our app. Deal with niggles early and get the right support before they become bigger problems. As a founding Motion member, he understands the demands of CrossFit and what it takes to stay healthy, strong and training consistently.
