Fundamentals
Get ready for class!
Motion Fundamentals is a two-session course over 1 week. Each session is 60-90mins long and involves skill development and a workout. You and your coach will review movement, discuss our style of training, tackle specific questions, and set you up for success!
*Motion Fundamentals Course is required for all new members that do not have prior CrossFit experience
