Class Cancellation & No Show

If a member can not attend a class they have booked, they must cancel at least two hours before the class to avoid being debited or losing their session. 6 AM & 7 AM classes must be cancelled before 6 PM the night before.

A charge of £2 will also be incurred for a no show or late cancellation less the 2 hours before the class or 12 hours before the morning class.
All late cancellation/no-show charges go into our social fund, so the money is put back into community events.
Classes

Members are recommended to book in advance to secure their spot on the class. Members can book classes through the Wodify app up to 1 week in advance.
Membership
​
Minimum term of 1 calendar month from the date of payment.
You will be charged pro-rata for the remainder of your first month. All following charges from then on will be on the 1st of the month.

Membership Cancellation & Pausing
​
There is no membership contract at Motion Training, but we require two weeks' notice before the end of the month to cancel, pause or downgrade a membership.
If you do not cancel 14 days before the following month, your membership will automatically be renewed for the full month.
We will pause membership for a minimum of a month but require an exact end date for the pause. Pauses are capped at three times per year.
