CLASSES
CROSSFIT
A CrossFit class is a high-intensity, coach-led workout combining strength, cardio, and functional movements.
It includes a warm-up, skill work, and a varied Workout of the Day (WOD), fostering a supportive, community-driven environment for all fitness levels.
WEIGHTLIFTING
Our weightlifting class focuses on improving strength, technique, and power through Olympic-style lifts, such as the snatch and clean & jerk. Led by a coach, it includes a warm-up, skill practice, and progressive strength training. Emphasis is placed on proper form, controlled movement, and gradual load increases to build proficiency and prevent injury.
CONDITIONING
Conditioning class focuses on enhancing cardiovascular endurance, stamina, and overall fitness through high-intensity exercises. It typically involves intervals and functional movements performed at varying intensities. The class is designed to improve heart health, burn calories, and increase energy levels, making it suitable for all fitness levels.
FUNDAMENTALS
A fundamental class is designed in two parts, each 60-90 minutes, for beginners to learn CrossFit's core movements, techniques, and principles in a safe and supportive environment. The small class, led by a coach, focuses on proper form for foundational exercises like squats, deadlifts, presses and the Olympic lifts while introducing basic concepts such as scaling workouts.
