Dudley Macdonald
Dudley's passion for fitness is contagious! With ten years of coaching experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge and high energy to his classes, ensuring everyone has a fun and effective workout. His athletic achievements include competing internationally in CrossFit and winning gold at the British Rowing Indoor Championship (Team 4K).

Harrison Lilybell
With multiple appearances at the CrossFit Games under his belt, Harrison brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his coaching. He's passionate about upskilling members of all levels and helping them achieve their fitness goals.​

Emma Scrivner
Emma has a passion for weightlifting. Not only has she podiumed at the British Weightlifting Championships she runs our Friday night weightlifting class and in house lifting comp.
Emma also heads up our adapted program for members training around long term injury or recovering from surgery.

Jack Evans
Despite Jack being the youngest on our coaching team he has a passion for strength and conditioning and heads up our open gym programming which works alongside the main CrossFit Program

Milo Wrenn
Milo transitioned from member to coach enjoys country music, coaching gymnastics and heads up our Motion Run Club in the summer months.

With a degree in sports nutrition Alis works with members 1 on 1 alongside her coaching role to dial in there nutrition.

Steve Johnson
Steve was a founding member and went from complete beginner to CrossFit fanatic to finding his calling as a CrossFit coach and his place amongst the Motion team.

Physiotherapist
Andreas Chavez Kenny
Andreas joined as a member in our first few month and before long became part of the team and setting up his clinic at Motion. He now works alongside us to manage members injury prevention and rehab.
